We have now completed over 150 properties on our East London contract to the Decent Homes Standard on behalf of Breyer Group plc. With works finally drawing to a close, there are no more properties scheduled to open at present and the remaining 15 units are expected to be completed within 4 weeks.
We will have successfully installed new kitchens, bathrooms and safe electrics in 165 units and completed further refurbishment works in a number of other properties also on the estate including that of the maintenance caretakers.
The works have continued smoothly throughout the duration of the contract which will have taken just over 1 year to complete.
G3 Construction would like to thank those residents who have undoubtedly helped us in our aim to provide better homes for families in East London and for their continued patience during the course of the works.
We would also like to thank the Breyer Site Management and support team who have worked alongside G3 over the last 14 months.
